Miso Making Session
Get hands-on with traditional miso making! You’ll mash soybeans, mix koji and salt, combine ingredients, pack your miso into a container, and seal it for fermentation.
Lunch Time
Enjoy a flavourful lunch featuring miso-based dishes, where you can relax and reflect on your experience.

Following the workshop, enjoy a carefully curated, miso-inspired lunch
that beautifully celebrates the fusion of tradition and modern culinary
practices. Dishes will showcase the versatility and depth of different
types of miso, providing an impactful and unique dining experience. The
menu is designed around seasonal availability and will be adjusted based
on any dietary restrictions or allergies provided during booking,
ensuring a fresh and personalized mea. A Miso-based Kids Menu is also
available.
